Fourth Round draw for the Scottish Gas Men’s Scottish Cup announced
The full draw for the Fourth Round of the Scottish Gas Men’s Scottish Cup has been confirmed, with ties to be played over the weekend of 17th–18th January 2026.
As Scottishfitbaw.net focuses on the West of Scotland Football League (WoSFL), the standout fixture comes in East Ayrshire, where WoSFL Premier Division side Auchinleck Talbot have been handed a huge home tie against Celtic.
Talbot, currently second in the WoSFL Premier Division – the sixth tier of Scottish football – stunned League Two side Dumbarton 4–0 in the last round to book their place in the Fourth Round. The junior giants have a long history of causing Scottish Cup upsets and will now welcome Celtic to Beechwood Park in one of the most eye-catching ties of the round. Given the size of the occasion, Auchinleck Talbot may consider moving the match to a larger venue.
Elsewhere, defending champions Aberdeen begin their title defence at Pittodrie with a home tie against Championship side Raith Rovers, while Rangers host Annan Athletic at Ibrox.
There are several all-Premiership ties, including Kilmarnock v Dundee, Motherwell v Ross County, and Livingston v St Mirren.
